NIMBLE Foundation's leadership skills programme helps inculcate the basics of leadership and focuses on encouraging the development of leaders with a sense of initiative, and application of mind.
It is felt that a good business leader should not only concerned about his profession, or work but also be committed to his home, community and self. It means that the development of his leadership skills should be visible in all these four aspects of the leader’s life. In order to do better in work it is felt that sacrificing the others totally is not the right thing to do. At Nimble, we feel confident that if the leader is performing well at home, in community and for developing himself, in fact he becomes more effective in his business, work or profession.
There are various exercises and techniques through which training is imparted to bring home this message to the participants. Interactive activities encourage them to embrace a perspective in life that makes them exceptional all round leaders. Since the communication happens to be the main tool of the leader, adequate emphasis is placed in developing his/her communication abilities. Due inputs are also given for language and ability to express his/her views in a committed fashion.
Leadership Skills is a customised programme that offers training on all the above aspects of the participants life. Personalised guidance and counseling by trained and experienced NIMBLE faculty is a key aspect of this programme.
