NIMBLE Foundation has devised a unique ‘Train the Trainer Programme’ specially created for Teachers, & Trainers. The programme will involve various exercises for the trainers and teachers by which they can make their training sessions or lectures more interactive and effective. The Trainers will be able to speak without effort for longer hours, without having a tired timber in their voice. The breathing exercises which comprise a part of the programme will ensure that they don’t feel tired even after conducting long lectures / seminars / training sessions. Such programmes have already been conducted for various colleges including V.J.T.I., Nirmala Niketan, Somaiya Medical College, Hinduja College, Inst. of Tech & Management (ITM) etc. and have been unanimously endorsed.
The workshop will provide 20 sessions (two hours each) of intensive training on weekends. The sessions will involve audio / video recordings so that the trainers see their own performance. (special concessions to senior citizens & persons from charity organisations).
